Related work
We operate the MUCO website and enquiry system ourselves. Support for another website begins with an access and code review; response windows and recovery work depend on the agreed plan.
Online delivery across five districts
We are based in Erode and provide online and remote services only for businesses in Erode, Salem, Karur, Namakkal, Coimbatore and across Tamil Nadu. Use the area guides for local website requirements and links to the relevant development scope. Project discussions, reviews and handover use calls and shared documents.
Questions before you start
Can you maintain or fix a website built by another developer?
Usually, after reviewing its code, hosting and access. Website maintenance can include bug fixes, security updates, backups and performance improvements. Share the website and the problem; we define what is repairable, response arrangements and recurring costs before starting.
What is your response time?
Your agreement states the window we have actually committed to for your plan. We do not publish an SLA we cannot honour across every client at once.
Is hosting included?
Hosting management is included only when named in your written maintenance plan. Hosting, domain and other provider bills are separate unless the agreement includes them. We confirm those costs before work begins.
What counts as an emergency?
Defined in your agreement rather than decided in the moment. Typically the site or system being down, a security issue, or customers unable to complete the thing the system exists for. Everything else is normal-queue work, and the agreement says which is which so nobody is arguing about it during an incident.
Do you monitor overnight?
Automated monitoring runs continuously and alerts immediately. A human responding at 2 AM is a different commitment with a different price, and we will not imply it is included when it is not. Your agreement states the window we have actually committed to.
Can we cancel?
Yes, with the notice period in the agreement. On the way out you get the access, the backups and a written note of the current state, so the next person is not starting from nothing. Support that is hard to leave is just lock-in with a friendlier name.
Scope, delivery and technical detail
Service scope
MUCO LABS provides website maintenance and repairs from Erode, Tamil Nadu. We review the existing code, hosting and access before agreeing bug fixes, updates, backups and support windows. Hosting management, cloud work and branding assets can be scoped separately. Third-party accounts, recurring fees and work outside the plan are named in the proposal.
What changes the price
- How many sites or systems are covered. Cover is quoted per system, because each has its own dependencies and its own way of breaking.
- The response window you actually need. Next business day and same day are different commitments and different prices. We only offer what we can honour.
- Whether we built it. Inheriting someone else's system means an audit first, so we know what we are agreeing to keep running.
- Backups and restore testing. How far back, and how often we prove a restore actually works. An untested backup is not a backup.
Quoted separately
- Hosting, domain and third-party subscription fees
- New features, redesigns and content rewrites
- Work outside the agreed response window, unless the plan states it
- Renewals for commercial software licences
Schedule
A system we built can go under cover immediately. One we are inheriting needs an audit first — dependencies, access, backup state and what is already broken — so the plan describes reality. That audit is short, and it is better than discovering the situation during an incident.
Checks and handover
- Responsive layouts and key workflows checked; physical-device coverage agreed in the scope
- Contrast and keyboard operation checked rather than assumed
- HTTPS, security headers and dependency patching wherever we build or host
- A written handover document, so the next person is not reverse-engineering it
- One-time project source code, design files and agreed accounts transferred on final payment
We agree the scope and price, build working versions for review, then deploy and document the agreed handover. Compare pricing and plan terms.
What a maintenance plan covers, and what it does not
Website maintenance starts from ₹2,200 a month for one website, before GST. More systems, a faster response window or extra hours are priced in writing on top, and we only commit to response times we can honour.
What a plan includes
- Uptime monitoring and alerting
- Security updates and dependency patching
- Scheduled backups with restore testing
- Small content and image changes
- Bug fixes on delivered functionality
- Monthly performance and error review
- A named support channel
What it does not include
- New features and new pages beyond the agreed hours
- Third-party subscription and licence fees
- Paid plugins, themes or stock assets
- Redesigns and rebuilds
- Marketing campaigns and ad spend
- Recovery from changes made by other parties without notice
Anything on this list can still be done — it is priced separately rather than absorbed silently.
From report to fix
Report
You raise an issue on the agreed channel with what happened and when.
Acknowledge and assess
We confirm receipt, reproduce the issue and tell you whether it is covered by your plan.
Fix and verify
The fix is applied and verified, and you get a short note on what changed.
Escalate if needed
If it is not resolved in the agreed window, it escalates directly to the founder.
Review and renew
A monthly summary of uptime, updates, issues and hours used, ahead of renewal.
Branding, IT and cloud work
Logo and identity files, graphic assets, cloud configuration and IT support can be quoted separately. Agree the files, systems, access and handover for that work; it is not automatically included in a website maintenance plan.
Tell us about your project
Share the requirement. We will clarify the next step and agree a written scope.
