We are small, and we hire that way
Most work here is project-based or contract, and we are honest that we are not a large company with a bench. If you are good and you want direct ownership of what you build, there is room.
Straight about the stage we are at. MUCO LABS is founder-led. We do not currently advertise salaried full-time positions, employee counts or benefits packages, because publishing those before they exist would be dishonest. What we do have is real project work, and terms agreed per engagement.

PostgreSQL and Supabase, row-level security, auth and role design, integrations and payment flows. Comfortable being the person who says a schema is wrong.

Freelancers & studios
Collaboration, not subcontracting in the dark
We work with independent developers, designers and small studios on projects that need more hands or a specific specialism. If you bring the client, you stay in the relationship — we do not go around you.
Commercial terms, revenue split and ownership are agreed in writing per engagement. We are not publishing a fixed split here until it is confirmed in a form we can hold ourselves to.
