Questions before you start
Can you redesign the UI/UX of an existing website or SaaS dashboard?
Yes. A UI/UX redesign starts with where users struggle: navigation, forms, mobile layouts or dashboard tasks. We agree user flows, wireframes and interface designs, and can hand them to your existing developer or scope implementation separately.
Can you design without building it?
Yes. We hand over a specification another team can build from. We would rather do that well than hold a project hostage.
What if we already have a design?
We review it against how it will actually be built and used, tell you what will not survive contact with real screens, and fix those parts. We do not redesign work that is already good.
Do you test with real users?
Where the budget allows, yes, and it is worth arguing for. Five real users will find problems an internal review never will.
Do we get the design files?
Yes, on final payment, along with the components and the system they were built from. A handoff that is only flat images means the next person redraws everything, which is a cost you pay twice.
How many revision rounds are included?
A named number, agreed in the scope. Design genuinely improves through rounds, so we plan for them rather than pretending the first version is final — but an unlimited-revisions promise either gets priced defensively or quietly abandoned, and we would rather write the number down.
Can you work alongside our own developers?
Yes. The handoff is built for that: specifications, states, assets and a design system your team can build from without guessing. We stay available for the questions that come up during the build, and that availability is part of the scope.

Schedule
Approval cycles set the pace. Design moves in rounds, and a round that waits four days for feedback costs four days. Research, where it is included, adds real weeks before any interface exists — which is the point of it. We agree how many review rounds are in scope, so a fifth one is a conversation rather than a surprise.
